You have a 14-day cooling-off period to return the product without giving reasons, starting on the day of receipt of the product. The product can only be returned unused and, if possible, in original packaging.
To return the order, the return costs are for your account. Please first send an email to email@example.com stating whether you want to refrain from purchasing one or more items, or send one or more items back because of a defect. Depending on the reason, we might send you a link to obtain reduced shipping costs and, in the event of defects, you will usually receive a free return shipping.
We will reimburse all purchases, including any delivery costs charged for the returned product, without delay but within 14 days of the date on which you report the cancellation. We are waiting for repayment until we have received the product. If the product did not have any defects but you would like to refrain from the purchase, we evaluate the product on merchantability. If the packaging or the device is damaged, we might charge costs for this. A new customer expects to receive a new product and therefore a damaged product can be declared wothless. This also applies to the use of the article that is recognizable to a new customer. We use the same payment method you used, for repayment. The refund is free for you.
In case of partial refraining of the purchase, we will deduct the returned items to the invoice. This can result in that your order value at the time of purchase was entitled to free shipping, but that this is not the case after partial return. The shipping costs will be charged to you.
